What Is a UID

A UID (User ID) or Player ID is the unique public number of your game account within a specific game. Every player gets their own UID when they register, and it stays the same for the entire lifetime of the account.

Why you need a UID when buying top-ups: the shop uses it as a "delivery address". The supplier contacts the game's server with the UID and credits the currency to the account found under it. Without the correct UID, the top-up goes "nowhere" or to someone else's account.

Not every game has the concept of a UID. For example:

• Subscriptions (Discord Nitro, ChatGPT Plus, YouTube Premium) — usually the recipient's email or login is needed.
• Gift cards (Apple, Google Play, Steam Wallet) — sold as an activation code, not tied to a specific account.

Common Mistakes When Entering a UID

• Typos — one wrong digit and the top-up goes to someone else's account. Double-check!
