How promo codes work on ASHOP

A promo code is a short alphanumeric code that you apply at checkout to get a discount or bonuses on your purchase. At ASHOP, promo codes are shared through several channels: our Telegram channel (the main stream of seasonal deals), the email newsletter for registered users, the referral program (a bonus for invitees), and exclusive codes as part of partner promotions with streamers and bloggers.

Types of promo codes

• Discount on the order total — the most common type. It applies at payment and reduces your checkout total.
• Bonuses to your balance — the promo code doesn't reduce your current order, but credits a fixed amount to your bonus balance — which you use on future purchases.
• Welcome promo code — for new users. It activates automatically on your first order after registration.
• Tied to a game — work only for a specific game or product category. This is noted on the promo code page.

How to enter a promo code

1. Open the Catalog and add a product to your cart.
2. Go to checkout — on the payment page you'll see the «Promo code» block.
3. Paste the code into the field and click «Apply».
4. The total will recalculate. Complete the payment and your order will be processed with the discount applied.
