The vendor checks availability and we send you a personal price with a payment link — in your notifications and on the request page.

Pay for the order
Pay within the quote window using any payment method from the list. The timer is shown on the request page.

Receive your pack
We buy the pack and deliver it to your account. Track the delivery status live in your profile.

Questions about custom packs
[01]Which games are supported?+
Any game from the list in the request form. The list depends on our supplier's coverage and updates automatically.
[02]How is the price determined?+
The vendor checks your screenshot and quotes that exact pack. You see the final price in the request before paying — no hidden fees.
[03]How long is the quote valid?+
Every quote has a payment deadline shown on the request page with a live countdown. If it expires, you can always submit a new request.
[04]What if the pack can't be delivered?+
If the purchase fails after payment, the goods amount is automatically refunded to your site balance (the payment processor fee, if any, may be non-refundable).
[05]Where do I see my requests?+
In your profile under “My packs”. We also send a notification as soon as your quote is ready.
