Buy Polychromes in Zenless Zone Zero now on Ashop — no VPN, no login or password sharing. Russian cards have long been blocked on the official HoYoverse Top-Up Center, so Ashop accepts MIR, SBP, and crypto. Just provide your UID and server.
The catalog includes all Monochromes packages, the monthly Inter-Knot Membership subscription, and the New Eridu City Fund battle pass. Top-up by UID: the service never accesses your account.
How ZZZ currencies work
Monochromes are bought with real money. Polychromes are used for Signal Search pulls. Conversion is 1:1, one-way only. 160 Polychromes = 1 pull.
How to buy ZZZ in-game currency via Ashop
Find your UID in the game profile (avatar → profile bottom). Select a package and payment method. Monochromes are delivered by UID without account access.
Ashop catalog
All Monochromes packages, Inter-Knot Membership (monthly subscription: 300 Monochromes upfront + 90 Polychromes/day × 30), New Eridu City Fund — Growth and Premium Plans.
ZZZ gacha mechanics
Exclusive Channel: 75 soft / 90 hard pity + 50/50. Worst-case featured Agent: 180 pulls = 28,800 Polychromes. W-Engine: 80 hard pity.
Payment methods
MIR card, SBP, crypto (USDT and others), VISA/Mastercard for CIS outside Russia. No VPN required.
Safety
UIDs are public data. No password needed. HoYoverse doesn't restrict accounts for UID top-ups.
Buy Polychromes and Monochromes Zenless Zone Zero at the best price
Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) — an urban action-RPG by HoYoverse, the studio's third game after Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. Released on July 4, 2024, for Windows, iOS, Android, and PS5, with an Xbox Series X/S release in June 2025. The setting is post-apocalyptic New Eridu, humanity's last oasis consumed by anomalous zones called "Hollows." Players take on the role of a Proxy — a guide through dangerous Hollows. Buying Polychromes in Zenless Zone Zero via Ashop is a direct way to top up your currency for pulls without encountering payment method restrictions that have been in place for Russian cards since 2022.
ZZZ retains its audience thanks to fast hack-and-slash combat, rhythmic QTE sections, and urban fantasy storytelling. A new Agent is released every three weeks — active players constantly work on their Polychromes reserves.
How ZZZ currencies work
Zenless Zone Zero uses a two-tier currency system — like other HoYoverse games but with unique names that shouldn't be confused.
Monochromes — premium currency purchased with real money. These are what you buy through Ashop.
Polychromes — gacha currency spent on pulls in Signal Search. Monochromes convert to Polychromes at a 1:1 ratio, with no reverse conversion. Polychromes can also be farmed for free in-game through events, quests, and achievements.
The chain: real money → Monochromes → Polychromes → Master Tape / Encrypted Master Tape → Signal Search pull.
160 Polychromes = 1 Master Tape (standard banner pull) or 1 Encrypted Master Tape (limited banner pull with rate-up for a specific Agent).
Don't confuse these with currencies from other HoYoverse games:
- Genshin Impact: Genesis Crystals → Primogems → Acquaint / Intertwined Fate
- Honkai: Star Rail: Oneiric Shards → Stellar Jade → Star Rail Pass / Special Pass
- Zenless Zone Zero: Monochromes → Polychromes → Master Tape / Encrypted Master Tape
If you've played Genshin or HSR before — the analogy is direct, but the names differ. Don't use these terms interchangeably: Primogems and Polychromes belong to different games.
How to buy ZZZ in-game currency via Ashop: step-by-step guide
Step 1 — Find your UID and server
Open Zenless Zone Zero, click on the character avatar in the top-left corner of the screen. The UID is displayed at the bottom of the profile — a nine-digit number. Copy it precisely from the game: a single digit error will send Monochromes to the wrong account.
The server is selected once during account creation and cannot be changed. There are four servers: Asia, America, Europe, TW-HK-MO. If you don't remember yours, check the in-game settings or recall the region where you created the account.
Step 2 — Choose a package
Ashop's catalog has three categories:
- Monochromes — the main currency, topped up by UID
- Inter-Knot Membership — monthly subscription, topped up by UID
- New Eridu City Fund — battle pass, requires account platform (Facebook / Google / HoYoverse Email)
Step 3 — Select a payment method
For Russian cards: MIR card or SBP — payment via QR code through any participating bank's app. For those preferring anonymity: crypto (USDT and others). For users in Kazakhstan and CIS outside Russia: VISA / Mastercard issued abroad.
Step 4 — Receive Monochromes
Monochromes are delivered to your account via UID. The service doesn't access your account — only the UID and server. After topping up, check your balance in the "Inventory" → "Other" tab.
Catalog: what's available on Ashop
Ashop offers the full range of paid options for ZZZ:
Monochromes — all denominations
Packages from minimum to maximum: 60 Monochromes, 300+30, 980+110, 1980+260, 3280+600, 6480+1600, and stacked options ×2, ×3, ×4, ×5, ×10 for bulk top-ups. The "+bonus" number is an in-game bonus for the first purchase of that package size: the base amount doubles on the first purchase of each tier.
Stacked packages (×2 and above) represent N consecutive purchases of the same package. Useful if you want to apply the first-purchase bonus multiple times or accumulate large amounts.
Inter-Knot Membership — monthly subscription
Inter-Knot Membership — equivalent to Genshin's Welkin Moon and Honkai's Express Supply Pass. Purchasing it immediately grants 300 Monochromes. Then, each day you log in, you receive 90 Polychromes — totaling 2700 Polychromes over 30 days. Combined, the subscription provides 3000 currency units per month.
The subscription is topped up by UID — same as Monochromes. The active accumulated limit is six subscriptions (180 days total): you can't exceed this limit until partially consuming the existing stack.
New Eridu City Fund — battle pass
New Eridu City Fund (NECF) — ZZZ's seasonal battle pass. Each game version lasts about six weeks, during which you complete pass quests for extra rewards.
Two paid options:
- Growth Plan — core rewards: 680 Polychromes, Resonating Core, W-Engine Microcontroller Unit, avatar, and namecard.
- Premium Plan — everything in Growth Plan plus 10 instant pass levels, additional Polychromes, a unique menu theme, pendant, and expanded cosmetics.
Important: the battle pass cannot be delivered via UID — a HoYoverse restriction. When purchasing NECF, specify your account platform: HoYoverse Email, Google, or Facebook. This differs from Monochromes and is where most questions arise. If your account is only linked via PlayStation Network — bind an Email or Google account in HoYoverse settings beforehand.
ZZZ gacha mechanics: how many Polychromes are needed
Zenless Zone Zero uses a Signal Search system with multiple banners:
Stable Channel — permanent standard banner. Uses Master Tape. A guaranteed S-Rank Agent drops by the 90th pull (hard pity). From the 75th pull, the chance sharply increases (soft pity). For S-Rank — a random pick from six standard Agents without a 50/50 system. New accounts get a one-time discount: first 50 pulls at a reduced cost with an S-Rank guarantee.
Exclusive Channel — limited banner featuring a specific Agent with rate-up. Uses Encrypted Master Tape. Same pity (75 soft / 90 hard) + 50/50 system: when an S-Rank drops, there's a 50% chance it's the featured Agent. Losing the 50/50 guarantees the next S-Rank will be featured.
W-Engine Channel — limited banner for W-Engines (Agent weapons). Soft pity starts earlier (from the 65th pull), hard pity — at 80. 75% chance to get the featured W-Engine on S-Rank.
Bangboo Channel — banner for robotic pets Bangboo. Unique to ZZZ, absent in Genshin and HSR. Bangboo Channel uses Boopons, which can't be bought — only earned in-game. Bangboo Collection is a separate F2P challenge.
For budget planning:
- 1 pull = 160 Polychromes
- Exclusive Channel hard pity = 90 pulls = 14,400 Polychromes for one guaranteed S-Rank (excluding 50/50)
- Worst-case scenario including 50/50 loss = 180 pulls = 28,800 Polychromes for a guaranteed featured Agent
- W-Engine hard pity = 80 pulls = 12,800 Polychromes
Why HoYoverse Top-Up Center doesn't work for Russian cards
Since 2022, HoYoverse Top-Up Center has blocked Russian payment methods. This applies to Google Play, App Store, and PSN in Russia. Direct payment via platform stores and HoYoverse is no longer available.
Ashop isn't a gray market or arbitrage middleman. The service operates through a partner network of suppliers who top up accounts via UID — a mechanism built into HoYoverse games. Payment methods are familiar to Russians: MIR, SBP, crypto.
Available payment methods on Ashop:
- MIR card — Russian banks
- SBP — payment via QR or link through any participating bank's app
- Crypto — USDT and others, available worldwide
- VISA / Mastercard issued abroad — for Kazakhstan, CIS, and users outside Russia
UID top-up safety
UIDs are public data: visible to other players in-game. Providing your UID to the service doesn't grant account access, share passwords, or expose linked emails. Your account remains fully under your control.
HoYoverse doesn't restrict accounts for receiving Monochromes via UID — this is a standard top-up mechanism designed by the developer for partner distribution.
Practical tips:
- Copy the UID from the game, don't type it manually
- Double-check the server — it can't be changed after account creation
- Never share your password: no legitimate UID top-up service requests it
- Through Ashop, you can top up a friend's or family member's account — just their UID and server, no confirmation needed
First-purchase bonus in ZZZ
Zenless Zone Zero has a built-in mechanic: the first purchase of each Monochromes package tier doubles the base amount. For example, the "300+30" package on its first purchase grants 300+300 Monochromes (doubled base), while the +30 bonus remains unchanged.
This is an in-game feature, not an Ashop bonus. If your inventory receives more Monochromes than expected — this is why. The first-purchase bonus resets annually on the game's anniversary (July 4).
Stacked packages let you apply this bonus across multiple family accounts or accumulate it on your own account after the annual reset.
Current ZZZ status: what's ahead
Zenless Zone Zero is an active live-service game with regular updates. A new Agent banner arrives every three weeks. Versions release roughly every six weeks, bringing new story chapters, events, and Agents. Version 2.7 is live, with 2.8 (May 2026) and major update 3.0 (June 2026) upcoming.
The game is available on Windows, iOS, Android, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Cross-platform progression via HoYoverse account means purchased Monochromes are accessible on all devices simultaneously.
Ashop tracks ZZZ catalog changes and adds new packages as suppliers offer them. If a package isn't listed — contact support via Telegram.
