About the Game
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III is a real-time strategy game from Relic Entertainment, released on April 27, 2017. A monstrous superweapon has been discovered on the mysterious planet Acheron, and three great armies clash in a war to claim it.
You choose a side in the confrontation between the greedy ork warboss Gorgutz, the ambitious eldar farseer Macha, and the mighty Space Marine commander Gabriel Angelos. Only one of them will claim victory — there are no compromises here.
Time of Giants
The main feature of Dawn of War III is its massive war machines, the largest in the series' history. In battle, you can deploy:
- Imperial Knight — a heavy Space Marine walker
- Gorkanaut — a thundering ork mech-monster
- Wraithknight — a sinister eldar battle titan
These giants can turn the tide of battle — proper use of elites decides the outcome of a fight.
Platforms and Multiplayer
The game is available on PC, and was also released for Mac OS and Linux. Its genre spans strategy, action elements, and large-scale tactical battles.
