Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon (Classic) is a hex-based, turn-based strategy game set during the Second War of Armageddon. Lead the Imperial forces of the Armageddon Steel Legion and Space Marines against the Ork invasion across hostile ash wastes, volcanic canyons, polluted rivers, dense jungles, and gigantic Hive Cities.
The campaign includes 30 major scenarios plus 5 tutorial scenarios, following the fight to defend Armageddon from the forces of Warboss Ghazghkull Thraka. Along the way, you fight beside Commissar Yarrick and Commander Dante, with support from the Salamanders, Blood Angels, and Ultramarines. Core units can carry over from scenario to scenario, gaining experience and upgraded equipment as the war escalates.
Expect a detailed combat model with terrain, cover, morale effects, multiple weapon systems, 20 unit stats, and more than 300 unit types, including Armageddon Steel Legion, Orks, Space Marine chapters, and Titans.
