Total War: EMPIRE – Definitive Edition is an edition of the strategy game Total War: EMPIRE that brings together the base game experience along with all DLC and updates released after launch. The game moves the Total War series into the 18th century — the Age of Enlightenment, an era of political upheaval, advancing military science, and the struggle for influence across continents. A defining feature of Total War: EMPIRE is its full 3D naval combat. You can command individual ships or entire fleets, accounting for water and weather conditions, opening fire with artillery, closing the distance with the enemy, and even bringing battles to boarding actions.
