The Escapists The Walking Dead

The Escapists The Walking Dead combines the indie hit The Escapists with the world of The Walking Dead. In the familiar 8-bit pixel style, you take control of Rick Grimes and lead a group of survivors through dangerous locations where walker hordes wait at every turn.

Rick's task is to find a safe escape route out of each zone, take on risky errands, and keep as many people alive as possible. The story follows the timeline of the comics: from Harrison Memorial Hospital and the Greene family farm to Meriwether Correctional Facility, Woodbury, and Alexandria.

The game includes everything The Escapists is known for: planning, routines, item hunting, and crafting. Use more than 200 items, craft over 70 tools or weapons, interact with characters from the comics, and recruit them for important tasks. Firearms and help from allies come in handy when the walkers start to overwhelm you with numbers.

Survival Mode Update

The Survival Mode update adds a survival mode across three maps in the world of The Walking Dead: Meriwether, Alexandria, and Woodbury. In it you can play as Tyreese, Abraham, and Michonne with support from Rick, Carl, and Glenn, compete on the leaderboards, and unlock new achievements.
