What is MEMORIES OF MARS

MEMORIES OF MARS is an open-world survival game set on Mars a hundred years after the collapse of colonization. An ambitious resource extraction program failed, and the red planet was left empty: most people abandoned it, while some were left to fend for themselves.

You play as a recently awakened clone and quickly realize that its time is running out. Every few weeks, deadly solar flares sweep across the planet's surface. They create constant tension and set the rhythm: you need to explore abandoned mining complexes quickly and wisely.

The game was developed by Limbic Entertainment and published by 505 Games. It was released on June 5, 2018 on PC. The project initially launched in Steam Early Access.

Who it's for

MEMORIES OF MARS will appeal to fans of science fiction survival: there's open-world exploration, resource management in harsh conditions, and a constant threat from the environment. If you're drawn to abandoned post-apocalyptic locations and grim stories about humanity's unfulfilled dreams, this game is definitely worth your attention.
