Medieval II: Total War puts you in command of a great medieval nation, blending deep turn-based empire management with massive real-time battles. Developed by The Creative Assembly, it spans a turbulent age across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East as you expand your reign through conquest, trade, and diplomacy.

On the campaign map you build and manage cities, recruit and train armies, broker alliances, and navigate the influence of the Pope and the Inquisition. You can also send your forces on the Crusades and fight for control of the Holy Land, balancing faith, politics, and warfare across generations.

When two armies meet, battles play out in real time on detailed 3D battlefields with thousands of troops, improved combat animation, and dynamic terrain and weather. Multiplayer battles support up to 8 players over the Internet and LAN, so you can test your tactics against other commanders.

This product page lets you buy a Medieval II: Total War key, with instant delivery so you can activate and start playing without extra steps.
