About Long Drive North: Co-Op RV Simulator
Long Drive North: Co-Op RV Simulator is a PC game in the Simulation and Indie genres about surviving on the road. You head out through a disaster-struck American backcountry: behind the wheel of an old motorhome and on foot, solo or in co-op for up to 4 players in separate RVs.
Your main support on the journey is your battered but reliable camper. It needs to be fueled, repaired, and maintained by hand: finding parts, looking under the hood, and keeping the vehicle running. The RV gives you shelter but demands attention, so the road here feels like part of survival rather than just a backdrop.
Survival and scavenging
The world of Long Drive North is built around constant scarcity and choice. You need to manage sleep, hunger, and thirst, search abandoned cars and buildings, hunt with a rifle alongside a dog companion, and use recipes to cook food. The description also mentions a dangerous recurring storm that you will have to stay away from.
The game suits players who enjoy open sandbox spaces, driving simulators with hands-on vehicle maintenance, and unhurried survival without extra staging. You can explore the frontier by driving and on foot, gather supplies, and see how far you can get in a harsh environment.
Developer and release
The developer is listed as Mindflair Games and the publisher as Excalibur Games, with a release date given as 2025-11-18. The roadmap also notes that shared RV support is planned for early 2026.
