What Is Free Fire Max

Free Fire Max is a mobile survival shooter for iOS in which a match lasts around 10 minutes and up to 50 players fight it out on an island. Players choose their own landing spot by parachute, search for weapons, stay inside the safe zone, gather loot, and try to be the last one standing.

Solo, Squads, and Clash Squad

Free Fire Max can be played solo or with a squad of up to 4 players using the built-in voice chat. For fast team battles there's the Clash Squad mode: a 4-vs-4 format with weapon purchases, round economy management, and a direct clash between two teams. In Battle Royale, players can use vehicles, set ambushes, snipe from cover, hide in tall grass, and fight over legendary airdrops.

Anniversary Event

The 9th anniversary event adds a festive 3D lobby, quests, arena challenges, and stage rewards. The themed Battle Royale mode updates Factory into Bermuda, where players can complete anniversary quests, upgrade Coin Machines and vending machines, boost Revival Points, and revive a fallen squadmate through their loot box. Clash Squad also gets a new Perk Point system that unlocks skill boosts, awakened weapons, and other buffs.
