Everything Moves When You Move

The game's main feature is simple and effective: everything moves only when you move. Between turns, bullets hang in the air, enemies freeze, and you get time to plan your next step. You can dodge a burst of fire, reload your shotgun, push an enemy into a pit, call in an artillery strike, or heal right before a hit lands.

Chronospheres Built From Consumed Worlds

Each chronosphere is assembled from the biomes of the worlds it has already consumed. That's why you'll find different enemies, objectives, and gear inside — from a bug-infested hellish sphere to a wild-west-style world with a new six-shooter. The deeper you go, the stranger the distortions, mutations, and paradoxes become, and you can turn them to your advantage.

Gear is the foundation of builds here. Combine weapons, equipment, and gadgets: burn enemies with lasers, fire ricocheting shotgun pellets around corners, mod your chainsaw with alien effects, and use unusual combinations to reach the core.
