What Is Cooking Simulator VR
Cooking Simulator VR is a virtual reality cooking simulator from Big Cheese Studio, released on Steam on July 29, 2021. It's a full VR kitchen where you literally step up to the stove: you pick up ingredients with your hands, chop vegetables, flip steaks, and cook soups, all with realistic physics that responds to every movement.
You get a complete set of professional kitchen gear: gas stoves and cooktops, knives, blenders, kitchen torches, and much more. Every ingredient reacts for real, potatoes crumble under the knife, meat browns in the pan, and liquids come to a boil.
Two Modes: Career and Chaos
The game offers the classic chef's path with more than 100 recipes, where you learn techniques, fill orders, and sharpen your skills. And when the rules get old, the Sandbox mode steps in: no limits here, just fires, explosions, and full kitchen chaos. Cooking Simulator VR shifts easily between a calm, meditative cooking process and a wild kitchen wreck.
