Tower Defense Gameplay

At its core, Commando Jack is a tower-defense game: you protect Earth from waves of alien invaders by placing towers across the battlefield. Towers have different properties — some deal area damage, others slow enemies down, and others are more effective against specific alien types. As you progress, you can upgrade towers to increase their damage and help your defenses withstand denser attacks.

Elemental Towers and Manual Control

Each tower has two elemental versions: fire and ice. Destroying enemies earns you money, which you spend on upgrades, power-ups, or build points needed to place new towers. The main feature of the game is the ability to manually take control of any tower in a first-person view and shoot at the aliens yourself. This speeds up clearing waves, and some enemies can only be defeated this way.

The campaign includes 45 missions. Alongside it, there is Elemental Mode, where fire and ice enemies must be defeated with towers of the matching element.
