About Code Vein
Code Vein is a dark Action/RPG about a journey to the edge of hell, where the heroes must uncover their past and escape a living nightmare. In a world of ruin, death feels inevitable, but the game leans into growth, class switching, and gear selection: your build is never set in stone.
Co-op survival
Code Vein lets you take on linked dungeons alongside an AI partner or a friend in cooperative multiplayer. Playing together matters beyond atmosphere: you can coordinate attacks, cover each other against sudden ambushes, and take down especially tough enemies as a team.
Character growth and combat
Character progression revolves around new gear, leveling up, and flexible revenant customization. Combat offers different weapon types, including bayonets, axes, and spears. Blood Code unlocks enhancements and Gifts: they can boost power, weaken enemies, grant new weapon skills, or unlock powerful attacks.
Blood Veil and flexible builds
A distinct part of the combat system is the Blood Veil, tools for draining blood with their own visual style and attack capabilities.
